1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website.

2. Cookies we set

We set exactly three cookies: one for the app and two for our staff console. All three are technically necessary to operate the services.

The help and legal centre you are currently reading sets no cookies at all.

3. Consent

All three cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service you have expressly requested. Storing them therefore requires no consent under Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, and we show you no cookie banner.

We currently set no cookies that require consent. Should that change, we will obtain your consent before any such cookie is set, and you will be able to withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

4. No tracking or advertising cookies

We do not set cookies for advertising or tracking purposes and do not use Google Analytics or comparable services.

For audience measurement we use only self-hosted analytics software. It sets no cookies, builds no cross-device profiles, and reads no further information from your device, so Section 25(1) TDDDG does not apply. Details are set out in our privacy policy.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can delete cookies in your browser settings or prevent them from being stored. Because the cookies we set are technically necessary, blocking them means you will not stay signed in.
