Delete or cancel your Borafit account

Delete your account

You can request deletion of a Borafit account and its data here — without signing in and without the app installed. Enter the email address on the account and we will send you a six-digit code to confirm it. The same form also cancels a deletion you have already scheduled.

What gets deleted

Your profile and account details
Your training plan, your training history, and your training venues
Images and videos belonging to your account, together with the data attached to them
The reactions and favourites you left on other people's content
Your login credentials and every active session

What we keep

We keep only exercise-name decisions you made while holding editor rights — they are judgements about the catalogue rather than about you, and after your deletion they can no longer be attributed to a person — and short-lived security codes that expire on their own within a few minutes.

When deletion takes effect

After you confirm, deletion takes effect in two days; until then you can cancel it here. Allow up to three days in total between your confirmation and your data actually being erased.

Deleting without this form

If your browser cannot run the security check above — because JavaScript is switched off, for example — request deletion by email to [email protected]. Write from the email address of the account concerned. We confirm receipt and erase your data within the statutory period of one month under Art. 12(3) GDPR; the form above is faster.
