User-Generated Content Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Scope
These guidelines apply to all content you provide yourself — exercise videos, images, names, your profile description, linked addresses, and the names of your training venues. They form part of our terms of use and supplement our Community Guidelines.
2. Your rights in your content
Your content is yours. You grant us only the non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free right to store it, process it technically, and display it within the service to those for whom you have made it visible. We may also feature published performer content within the service and to promote the service itself. Section 7 of our terms of use sets out the details and your right to object.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights — in particular that you created an image or video yourself or are entitled to use it, and that people depicted consent to publication.
If your content infringes third-party rights contrary to that warranty, you indemnify us against the claims asserted against us as a result, including the reasonable costs of legal defence. This does not apply where you are not responsible for the infringement.
3. Content that is not permitted
In particular, content is not permitted that
- is illegal or incites criminal offences;
- infringes third-party rights — copyright, trade mark, personality, or data protection rights;
- is pornographic, sexualised, or unsuitable for minors;
- depicts or glorifies violence;
- is hateful, insulting, discriminatory, or harassing;
- impersonates another real person, a company, or Borafit;
- contains advertising, spam, malware, or links to fraudulent or harmful offers;
- discloses other people's personal data without their consent;
- instructs harmful health behaviour or promotes doping.
Linked addresses must lead to a destination that also complies with these rules.
4. What happens on a breach
We do not generally monitor published content and are not obliged to do so. If we become aware of a breach, we take the mildest suitable measure and give you reasons for it; our Community Guidelines set out which measures may apply. Report content that breaches these guidelines or is illegal through our reporting procedure.
