Report Content

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Submitting a notice

You can report a video from the app (the ⋯ menu on a clip) or from the video's share page, signed in or not. The form asks for an explanation, your name and email address, and a statement that you believe your information to be accurate and complete; we confirm the report on screen and tell you our decision by email. You can also write to us directly, as described below.

If you consider content illegal, or in breach of our Community Guidelines or Content Guidelines, send your notice to [email protected]. This procedure implements Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA). Please include:

  • a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal;
  • the exact electronic location, in particular the URL;
  • your name and email address — optional where the notice concerns offences under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU;
  • a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. How we handle it

If you provided an email address, we confirm receipt without delay. We review every notice in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner, and use no automated means for this. We notify you of our decision and point out the redress available against it.

The same applies to the person whose published video we take down after a report: they receive the decision with a statement of reasons in the app and may object informally by email to [email protected]; we review the objection and tell them the outcome. The right to bring the matter before the courts is unaffected.

3. Point of contact

Our point of contact under Art. 11 and Art. 12 DSA is [email protected], in German or English. Our provider details are in the Imprint.
